New, Year's Resolutions

Here we are at the end of another year and dreaming and planning for next year.  Do you keep any of your last resolutions?   Stressed moms everyone are probably starting the year thinking “this year will be different, this year I will get in better shape, be more organized, save more money”.  We want to help with those goals this year with FREE planners that are coming out super soon!  Here are 5 tips for how to keep your New Year’s Resolutions.

Tip 1 Make it Achievable

Goals should be motivating but at the same time be something you can accomplish to keep you from giving up and getting discouraged.  It should be a positive goal that you look forward to.

Tip 2 Take Daily steps towards your goal

Use a planner that can help you stay on track to your goals.  Write them down and visualize success. You can do this in bed when you wake up or find a spot where you can be alone for 5 minutes and visualize yourself having already achieved your goal.

Tip 3 Get a Buddy

It’s always better to have someone you can go to when you aren’t feeling like staying on track.  A motivation buddy can do that.

Tip 4 – Tell others

Telling others about your resolutions makes it harder to slack off and give up.

Tip 5 -Make A Bet

Making a bet with others can be a great way of boosting your motivation.
